At Freyja Rituals, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images, and our team will assist you promptly.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
